Our journey started in the mid-1990s when our founder, Bill Whyte, a carpenter with hands that would often split and crack in the harsh New England winters, created a soothing herbal balm using beeswax and olive oil. This simple balm worked wonders for his hands, leading him to share it with others and thus the beginning of Badger history.
